Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients
2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk (not fat-free)
1 (1 oz) pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
3 C. cubed, cooked, chicken
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (16oz) lasagna noodles, cooked (I recommend reducing it to 8 oz to 12 oz)
1 1/2 to  2 C cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 to  2 C mozzarella cheese, grated

50 ml vodka
25 ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml crème de framboise
15 ml sugar syrup
15 ml crème de cassis

Ingredients:
2 large oranges, one orange sliced and one orange juiced
1 large lemon, sliced
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup Grand Marnier
One 750 ml. bottle of Rioja, chilled

Preparation
Add sliced orange and lemon and sugar to large pitcher. Mash gently with a wooden spoon until fruit releases some juice, but is not totally crushed, and sugar dissolves. Stir in orange juice, Grand Marnier and Rioja. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, add 6 to 8 ice cubes and stir vigorously to allow even distribution of the fruit and pulp.

Dangerous-Hot-spinach

Ingredients:

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb Velveeta cheese (2% fat–this is the reduced fat version)
8 ounces cream cheese (light)
1 jar salsa (I used 3/4 full jar of a 16 ounce jar)
A handful of chopped cilantro (optional-but good)

Pink-Lemonade-Margarita

1 (12 ounce) can of frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 (12 ounce) cans of cold water – (just use the empty pink lemonade can)
1 (12 ounce) can of tequila
1/2 (12 ounce) can of Grand Marnier
